SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective June 28, 2026. These SMS Terms govern the text-message program operated by Zakley Inc. (“Zakley”, “we”, “us”). By opting in you agree to these terms. They are in addition to our Privacy Policy.
Program Description
When you opt in, Zakley sends SMS text messages related to your account, appointment confirmations and reminders, service and support requests, and operational updates. This is a customer-care and notification program, not a marketing program.
How to Opt In
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our contact form at zakley.com/contact/, or by giving express written consent through another Zakley enrollment form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default; you must affirmatively check it to enroll.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity, requests, and appointments.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opt Out & Help
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors strictly to deliver the messaging service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
